Welcome to the Zen Wah page. The Zen Wah is A
clone of the early Italian Jen Wah. It was tuned side
by side with an early version of this pedal. This pedal
is available in a couple of different versions.

The original Zen Wah

The Zen Wah is basically your straight forward wah
pedal. There is only one internal adjustment on the
Zen wah, the volume control on the output buffer.
Other than that it is a plug in and play pedal available
in pedal version or drop in kit version.

The Tunable Zen Wah

The Tunable Zen Wah is a different type of tunable
wah circuit that lets you have more control over the
sound of your wah. Instead of having an external Q
switch the Tunable Zen Wah has an internal dip
switch with ten different switches. It comes set to the
original Zen Wah specs. With this switching option
you have the ability to tune your wah ever so slightly
with the internal dip switch. Positions one through
nine are made to change the sound more
dramatically while switch ten can be used to tune in
all the sounds in between the other switches. Along
with the internal q switches you also get a sweep
knob for dialing in the exact amount of sweep that fits
your taste. There is also a midrange knob for dialing
in more or less mids which can be used to get some
great sweep sounds, and of course there is the bass
and gain knob. Available with the sweep, mids and
bass and gain on the exterior or interior of the pedal.

Zen Wah Drop In Kits

Both styles of the Zen Wah are also available in drop
in kit form. The tunable version will have all of the
controls mounted to the main circuit board. These kits
are made to drop right into Dunlop style wah
enclosures.
